MUI: Re-Add Option to select Loop Scope

Hi,

in CUI there was the option to select the loop scope. That had, at least, two major advantages:

  1. Check for properly closed loop / loose ends / bad loop wiring
  2. Manage the workflow with greater ease

I’d to suggest to re-introduce this in MUI.
