No menu in Local Space

My local space is completely blank:

but in the ‘recent’, i have files in there:
image.

I saw another thread discussing ‘one drive’, but Im not using that.

Tried uploading my log file but it says the file is too big. I can open from the ‘recent’ folder, but can’t open anything from local space. When I sign in to HUB, I can see that folder.

Any thoughts?

Thanks for the update! Since the full log file is quite large, could you please upload just the latest part of the log file ? That would help us understand what’s going wrong.

i have encountered with similar issue with no workflows in local space home… i am sharing the log … may be its useful to resolve .

I have created a bug ticket for this issue (NXT-3790). Once i have an update on this, i will let you know.

Could you try the following:

  • Download the latest version of Analytics Platform (you do not need to fill in the form, just check the checkbox and confirm)
  • Open the previous workspace with the latest version – does that list the contents?

  • If not:
    • Are you able to share your workspace files
    • Use a fresh workspace – does that correctly list the contents?

I will try that again - I tried a few weeks ago doing the exact same thing. When I go into the ‘recent’ screen and open a workflow, then go to the workflow and open the local drive, I see everything in the folder structure. When I close out of the workflow, then look in the local folder, nothing is there. When I switch to classic view, I see the local folder for all of my workflows. I created a new workflow in the classic view, then moved to the new user interface, and that workflow is not in the recent screen and I can’t open that folder in the local drive folder view - but it is in the classic view. This seems to be an issue with the new interface since everything seems to work fine in classic view.

Can you share your log file please?

Are you able to share your workspace files? If not, does this also happen in a fresh workspace? Is your workspace on your local drive?
