One of our users is experiencing an issue connecting to the KNIME AP from the Business Hub, and I suspect it may be related to the certificate.
I have added and imported the certificate into the keystore, but the user is still unable to connect. For other users, the connection works fine, so the issue appears to be isolated to this particular user.
Could you please suggest any troubleshooting steps to resolve this?

for visibility and helping others in the Community I respond here as well.
The issue was that you did not import the correct (KNIME Business HUB) certificate into the user’s keystore but the Kots Admin Console’s one. Therefore the user was not able to connect to the KBH from their local Analytics Platform.
After importing the correct certificate the user was able to connect to the KBH from their local Analytics Platform application.
