Not able to generate any output in BIRT

Hi all,

I am trying to generate multiple bar charts and output it as a single pptx.

This is an example of my flow and I am able to run it successfully in KNIME.
My flow name is simple and does not contain any special characters.

But when I tried to output my report in BIRT, I am not able to output anything (the export process seems to take infinity) and I am also not able to see the preview successfully.

I am not sure what had happened, need advice on this…

Hi @XiangCD2,

Are you using the “Image” report item inside the detail row of a “Table” item to which your dataset (including the image column) is bound?

Create a “Table” item Bind the image field Insert an “Image” item inside the detail row of the table Set the image form to dynamic and select the image data from the available data which is the data field(s) you have bound. Yes, I am using the “Image” report item inside the detail row of a table.

I rebuilt the flow and saved as a “new” KNIME flow, did the same setting in BIRT and I was able to output something.
Not sure why and what went wrong, but since it is working for the “new” flow, I’ll move on with it then
