Are you using the “Image” report item inside the detail row of a “Table” item to which your dataset (including the image column) is bound?

Create a “Table” item Bind the image field Insert an “Image” item inside the detail row of the table Set the image form to dynamic and select the image data from the available data which is the data field(s) you have bound.
