really unclear what the expectations are here? How do i pass the id and secret to the auth node?
Hmm I have not used that node yet but the way that I read it is that you need to pass in Client/App ID and secret via flow variable.
From the description I take that you put this data into a credential widget / configuration node - likely Client/App ID as Username and secret as Password:
Once you establish a connection between widget/configuration node and OAuth2 you should be able to select it from the drop down:

yep, that did the trick, i was using a table to variable node…
