Todays Launch of Agent Kit by OpenAI brings the Dejavu feel of launch of Agentic workflows with tools and agents interaction at the Knime spring summit and use cases presented later on.
we should build more use cases around it ( with more robust and smarter agents as more capabilities) to enrich the platform with time to come. 
At a first glance the AgentKit of OpenAI looks pretty similar to what we do. However, I’d compare what OpenAI has built more to the n8n’s, makes and Zapiers in the world - rather process automation / RPA / control flow modelling and implementing agents in this context vs. e.g. KNIME where we focus on enabling AI to securely process data through data-aware tools - reliably and transparent, as the outcome will be an understandable and reproducible workflow. I think Michael’s talk in Dallas nicely summarizes our approach (recording here).
It’s pretty cool what we have in KNIME and also clearly differentiates from others imho. However, we need to spread the word more and build more use-cases. Let’s make sure the world knows about us, also in the context of using and building (secure) data-ware agents and tools 
Cant agree more @christian.birkhold … while N8N and Zapier are more vocal.. and known in cult.. Knime has its own cult .. and die hard fans.. Knime need to be more vocal.. more vibrant.. more aggressive…( needless to say .. we did it way ahead then others..) .. Just take the bigger leaps..as world is taking exponential ones , rather quantum leaps..
