Users of KNIME workflow tools are invited to participate in a workshop this 19-20 May, at VU University in Amsterdam. This will be a small, informal workshop to introduce users to how the Open PHACTS API can help answer scientific questions using the Open PHACTS Knime nodes; there will be no cost to attend the workshop.

The workshop will explore how the Open PHACTS Discovery Platform can be used to develop solutions for scientific use cases. We will make use of the Open PHACTS KNIME nodes to access the Open PHACTS API, and learn how different nodes can be linked together. We will also look at how data of interest can be extracted from API results, and used as input for downstream nodes to generate meaningful results.
There will be many opportunities for interaction and networking among participants.
