OpenBabel can read Chemdraw binary CDX format and it seems so does the Knime node for OpenBabel. But how?
I tested reading Files to Binary Object. Binary cells aren’t recognized by OB. I tested converting with Binary Objects to Strings, this is recognized, but the output is empty.
Anyone here how tested/manage to read/convert cdx files with OB ?
