Hi,
Since knime 2.5 there has been support for chemical names being converted into structures via OSCAR thanks to knime's implementation in the text processing plugin, and also CDK's implementation of OPSIN.
However it would be really powerful to support the conversion of Graphical images of structures into a useable form such as SDF or SMILES. Such an open source tool already exists called OSRA and would be really great if this could be incorporated into knime? The link is below;
