I want to connect Oracle DB, I face this error

can anyone help me to solve this?

ERROR Database Connector   2:1        Execute failed: Could not create connection to database: Io exception: Connection refused(DESCRIPTION=(TMP=)(VSNNUM=169869568)(ERR=12514)(ERROR_STACK=(ERROR=(CODE=12514)(EMFI=4))))

Hi,

error code 12514 indicates a problem with the database listener. Hvae you checked that it is properly configured and started?

           Thanks,I created a service for oracle db and configured .Now it works fine
