org.openscience.cdk.depict missing from CDK jar

Hi Again

I believe the bundled CDK in KNIME is vesrsion 1.5.12? It seems to be missing the org.openscience.cdk.depict package. 

Noticed when I tried to use: http://cdk.github.io/cdk/1.5/docs/api/index.html?org/openscience/cdk/depict/Depiction.html

Hi Sam,

just checked the build. The depict packge is indeed not part of the bundle.

The module 'cdk-depict' was not referenced in the CDK parent pom at the time I compiled it. Any changes to the project or the pom will be picked up next time a CDK and consequently KNIME-CDK version is released.

Hi Sam,

ideally with the release end of last week... When you have completed your changes on the trunk and the build is stable, I can merge trunk into 3.x. How is it looking?

Thanks Stephan. I have finished my commits and the tests are passing. I created a new test for the SMARTS Matcher as this seemed to be missing one.
