Can anyone help me adjust my workflow/add to it to make it output the page numbers where the data i extracted from the pages in the pdf are. Basically if I extracted text from page #1 out of 1000 in the pdf i would want the workflow to output a page number column next to the text from that same page. I will share my workflow here.

No, it seems it’s pointing to a pdf on your C:, see images below:
Either you share the pdf or the place where I can download it, either you reupload the workflow leaving the first node as executed (green traffic light). 
We need a little bit of context to help you, as gonhaddock says!
