Parameter Optimization with log steps

Currently, KNIME allows non-log discrete steps (search spaces) for Parameter Optimization. Python libraries for parameter optimization such as HyperOpt and Optuna allow log functions to define the search spaces - see HyperOpt’s hp.loguniform and Optuna’s suggest.float.

It would be great to have an option for the Parameter Optimization Loop Start (Table) and Parameter Optimization Loop Start nodes which took an extra tick column for “log” space.
