Parsing problem with triple file reader node

Hello,
I use the triple file reader node to read an owl file. But I get a parsing problem:

“Execute failed: [line: 1, col: 1] JAXP00010001: The parser has encountered more than 64,000 entity expansions in this document. This is the limit prescribed by the JDK.”

Can anyone help me with that?

without more details like a screenshot or better the data or sample of it for reproduction, it will be challenging for the community to provide you any aid.
