Permissions to groups and users.

Hi,
I have a question about assigning permissions to groups and users.

The situation is as follows:
There is a group GROUP1 with users in it: USER1, USER2, USER3. Is it possible for users from GROUP1 to have access to the folder apart from USER2? Do I need to create a special group for USER2?
