Pivot table with category and sub-categories

Dear Community

In excel a pivot table has been created with one category and different sub-categories with a total amount by category and sub-category like

In excel it is quite easy to create this table with two entries in ‘rows’ and one entry in values

but with KNIME I am not able to create this kind of output table, I have tried with pivoting node and groupBy node.

I do not know how to realize the category “KTO & Text” with its sub-categories “Profitcenter” with KNIME…

Any help would be very much appreciated.

I don’t think there’s a way to format so that there is only one row for the category and all sub-categories are underneath it… That being said, using the GroupBy node and putting your two categories in the group will yield the same result, it just won’t look as pretty as Excel…
