Popup Menus Sticking (not disappearing)

Hi, I am running version 4.77. I have an issue going on that no one seems to have ever had. In my nodes, when I right click on them to see the actual data, the data comes up. Now, when I right click the menu windows (ex: Sort, Hilite, Copy, etc., etc.), they pop up but don’t disappear. The menu items just hang there.

I hope this image below can explain it. Has anyone ever seen this, and then know how to fix it?

this is indeed weird and have never came across it. Couple of questions:

• What OS are you running?
• Is this on every workflow on every node?
• This behavior is from beginning or it started at some point in time?

  Every workflow, every node (that allows for viewing the data)

  I hadn’t been into KNIME since about October (last year) and it was working ok then. …But not now.

Hello @dkoris,

you can try following things:

• from within KNIME go View → Reset Perspective
• create new workspace and see is it the same
• start KNIME with -clean parameter (see here)
• re-install KNIME (make sure to backup your work before doing this)

And additionally I don’t see 32-bit version for v4.7.7…

(1) Tried to Reset Perspective: sorry, didn’t work.
(2) Not sure that I can create a new workspace. Our area is pretty much locked down by IT
(3) Tried running with "-clean’: Sorry, didn’t work
(4) I’ll have the IT folks re-install it.
