PostgreSQL connection fails in Webportal but works in analytics platform

I have a workflow with connection to PostgreSQL Server that runs successfully in the analytics platform but when we run it in the Server (webportal), this error shows up:

  • ERROR DB Connector 395:3206: Execute failed: The connection attempt failed.

Any idea what could it be?
