Problem installing "KNIME Image Processing - Tess4J Integration" in KNIME 5.2

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble installing the “KNIME Image Processing - Tess4J Integration” extension in KNIME Analytics Platform 5.2.

In version 5.1, the installation worked without any issues. On one PC where I previously managed to install it under 5.1, the extension continues to work even after upgrading to 5.2.

However, on another PC where I installed KNIME 5.2 directly (without ever having 5.1), I can no longer install the Tess4J extension — and therefore cannot run a previously working workflow that depends on it.

Question:

Is the Tess4J Integration extension still supported in KNIME 5.2?
If not, is there any alternative OCR integration available for KNIME 5.2

Hi @Vladimr_Heger,

welcome to the Forum, did you activate the Experimental Update site in your list of update sites in the 5.2 version?
