I have problem with displaying configure on any knime node. When I open configuration dialog for any node, display this screen. What can I do?

It is really weird indeed. Maybe your installation is broken somehow. Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the Analytics Platform?
Did it change anything?
(Sidenote: I can see you have 4.5.2 version if there is not any specific reason to stay with 4.5.2 it worth to install the latest version (4.6.3 at the moment) to get the full functionality.)
Give us a feedback how is it going after a fresh install!
