After more that two hours, yesterday and today but on different machine, result is the same … can not open site with download page … as you see on picture below.
Solved. It has to do something with my Firefox configuration (even if I do not know what kind of) … so I change browser (to Microsoft Edge) and download process is here again! with no issue at all …
