Can someone check if the pubchem fingerprints work ? Other fingerprints work but not pubchem in 2.6.3 with latest cdk update. Thanks in advance.
Hi,
the underlying pubchem fingerprinter wasn't thread safe. It only worked for a single molecule at a time. The issue is fixed now and I have updated the repositories.
