I am trying to set keras and tensorflow for my workflow.
I get this error when configuring my python env.

Did you follow the steps found in documentation [1] to install Keras correctly? The error message suggests that it could not find the keras libraries.
Please review the documentation and let me know what steps you have completed, or verify if there were some that were missed.
What version of AP are you using?
