Python node error

Hello, I am working with knime 5.2.3 and the integration of python in knime, however days ago I have presented this error, I have restarted knime, uninstalled and reinstalled the extension and the error persists.

Does anyone know why or how to fix it?

thanks, is it possible that the environment has not been created for KNIME. Unfortunately, it can happen that this is not checked here in the preferences.

Could you follow the following post and tell me whether that works for you?

Dear @koeties, the Preference page should show that the base environment is not compatible. That is an issue on our side (internal ticket: AP-21724), I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I suggest to either use the bundled environment (if you check the radio button bundled) or create an environment which has all the necessary packages according to this page. Does that work for you?
