Has anyone run into an issue where you run an R script in RStudio and get a desired output, but run the EXACT same script in R predictor/snippet and get a comepletely different output. I'm not getting any errors, so it's difficult to tell why this is happening.
Looking for any insight.

Can you provide an example script? The outputs should definitely be at least similar.

I am having the same issue. I posted topic yesterday "Auto.Arima not executing as expected"
There I have attached Knime workflow, data files, and screen-shots showing different results from RStudio.
