Hie!

I wanted to request some help regarding execution of ImageJ macro in knime workflow.

I have a macro utilizing plugins and would like to know if there's a possibility to install them in knime?

I already tried to extract and add the pluigins as recommened in the following link: https://github.com/kmader/Quantitative-Big-Imaging-2015/wiki/KNIME-Setup#installing-fiji-plugins-imagej1-macro  but it didnt help.

In some other macros; I also use 'Shen Casten Edge detector' and 'Ridge Detection' plugins developed by Biomed and BioVoxxel.

welcome to our forum! Let's try to get you started :-) So, you have set the path to your fiji installation which contains all the plugins? What is the exact error when running them using the IJ-Macro node?
