reaction automapper error

On saving workflow

ERROR     KNIME-Worker-47 Reaction Automapper     Execute failed: Error while writing to buffer, failed to write to file "knime_container_20160313_459863799791739828.bin.gz": java.nio.HeapByteBuffer

 

This occurs only when reaction automapper node from indigo is used. I have a large no of reactions/transformations.

sorry for such long delay. This issue is on KNIME side and will be fixed in the next bugfixe for KNIME 3.2
