Reading Google Sheets from Shared Drives via Google Drive Connector

I’m running into a frustrating limitation with the Google Sheets nodes. I cannot read a Google Sheet from a Google Shared Drive. The Google Drive Connector can browse Shared Drives just fine, but there’s no way to connect it to the Google Sheets Reader, they’re incompatible port types.

The current workflow (Google Authentication → Google Sheets Connection → Google Sheets Reader) only lets me browse sheets in My Drive.

What I’d really like is to be able to connect the Google Drive Connector directly to the Google Sheets Reader, like this, and have it read from Shared Drives as well:

Google Authentication → Google Drive Connector → Google Sheets Reader

Then I could browse my Shared Drives, click on a .gsheet file, and have it automatically read. This would make it way easier to build workflows that process multiple sheets or work with sheets that might get moved around in the Shared Drive.

Is this something that could be added? It seems like the pieces are already there - the Google Drive Connector can see the Shared Drive files and the Reader can handle Google Sheets, they just can’t talk to each other.

Thank you in advance for any consideration!
