Recommended KNIME Extensions for Advanced Telco Customer Insights

Hi all,

I’m planning to use KNIME for advanced customer insight analysis in the telecom sector. The common tasks include analyzing traffic, billing, revenue, purchases, etc., across various dimensions such as network type, customer segment, subscription type, offer category, region, etc.

The goal is to assess trends, forecast behavior, and generate deeper insights from this data. Given these needs, which KNIME extensions or integrations would you recommend focusing on?

I’m particularly interested in tools that support time series analysis, segmentation, forecasting, and data visualization.

You got a lot of options, we also got some blog posts on some of the topics you are looking into with use case examples.

For Time Series:

Data Visualization can be done with a lot of our base nodes, it really could be taken as simple graphs to more technical ones using something like echarts. I would first use our original ones. For a specific link, here is the extension:
