Redfield BERT nodes: Error while updating

I tried to update/install the Redfield BERT nodes and Redfield NLP nodes. This was not successful and I got the following message:

ERROR PythonGatewayTracker Found running Python processes. Aborting them to allow installation process. If this leads to failures in node execution, please restart those nodes once the installation has finished

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I have installed KNIME 5.2.4

Hi @sommer_sun,

that is only a warning that in order to update the extension, it had to abort running Python processes. Did the update not work?

this was not only a warning, the update was cancelled.
I’ve then have removed the Redfield nodes and now I cannot re-install them again.

An error occurred while installing the items

session context was:(profile=KNIMEProfile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Install, operand=null → [R]se.redfield.bert.channel.bin.linux.x86_64 1.0.3.202405240152, action=org.knime.product.p2.actions.ShellExec).

ShellExec command exited non-zero exit value:

Hi Peter @sommer_sun,

that warning and the cancellation of the update are two different things. The latter is unfortunate. Could you please share the two log files described in the following troubleshoot section? KNIME Python Integration Guide
And out of curiosity: did this error message already appear during the update process?
