I want a workflow through which I can give a list of phone numbers one by one to a Telegram bot and then receive the received answer one by one and save it in an excel file
What I mean is that this workflow receives the list of phone numbers from an Excel file and enters it one by one into a Telegram bot, and after receiving a response from the Telegram bot, receives it and enters it into the Excel file.
There should be a few seconds between requests.

Is there anything point where you get stuck? Do you already have something on the table? You’re not giving a whole lot to work with which makes it extremely unlikely someone is going to create such a complex workflow for you.
Since you mention a bot I assume that’s already an established application registered with Telegram? You might then need to web interaction/RPA tools instead.
