Remove add Port Icon if none can be added i.e. in Web Interaction

Hi,

the new Web Interaction extension Nodes show the three dots to add a port but they are not functional.

To prevent Knimer getting confussed, I’d like to suggest to ensure the dots are never present if a node cannot have more ingress ports in the first place.
