requiring: osgi.bundle; org.knime.workbench.core?

Hi!

I wanted to install Indigo KNIME integration extension while I kept having errors, it requires me to have osgi.bundle; org.knime.workbench.core [4.7.0,5.0.0)’ but I do not have. Please see the error message as below.

I would appreciate it if anyone could kindly advice!

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

Software being installed: Indigo KNIME integration 2.0.0.qualifier (com.epam.indigo.knime.feature.feature.group 2.0.0.qualifier)

Missing requirement: Indigo extensions for KNIME Workbench 2.0.0.qualifier (com.epam.indigo.knime.plugin 2.0.0.qualifier) requires ‘osgi.bundle; org.knime.workbench.core [4.7.0,5.0.0)’ but it could not be found

I think you might have an outdated update site in your “Available Software Sites”.

Which version of KNIME are you running? How does the following preference page look?

I was able to install the Indigo extension in my 5.5.1 installation from the experimental software update site.

I have KNIME 5.7 and this is how it looks in my preference page.

Should I go back to 5.5 if this can solve the issue? I really appreciate it if you have some tips for me!

Can you expand the window so we see the full Location column? Based on the list I see you already have duplicate “community-contributions” (both trusted and experimental). I think there could be the source for the conflict, but we need to see the full URLs.

Ok, nice. Remove the first entry (the one with 5.7) and the third (the one with 4.7). Then the installation should work.
