If you have the workspace folder, you can address the directory in KNIME preferences as the workspace and all workflows and workflow groups will be back.
Go to the “File” tab in you KNIME Analytics Platform and then “Switch Workspace” -> Other. There you can select “Browse” to switch to your saved workspace.
