Roadmap for extensions to become Core

Hello, Is there a normal timeline as to when a Labs Extension moves into the Core build ?

I am specifically thinking about the current AI Extensions, as we are a closed network environment which means getting additional extensions added to the core build is extremely difficult.

Hi @mgirdwood -

I’m afraid the short answer is “not really”. Moving extensions out of Labs is generally done on a case-by-case basis with a lot of different factors taken into account.

The current AI extensions, as you might imagine, are under fairly active development and I would expect that to continue for a while.
