Roc curve is not working

Hello. I used binary classification in my research. My models work and I get output from most nodules, but the roc curve curve does not form. I’ve been trying for days and I tried everything. Roc curve nodule colour is green but If I open the view I can see just 1 and 0.Can you help me please.

is it possible for you to share the workflow?
It is always easier to work with an attached workflow. Otherwise can you maybe post screenshots?
