Rule Engine - Need to apply "No" to the Blank Fields!

Hey all!

Just wondering why when I use rule engine with logic "MISSING $Column Name$ => “No” it does not bring my results and the rows still remainds in blanks. Anny suggestion?

Missing fields are shown in KNIME as ? sign. If your consider a blank field the expression will be $Column Name$ = “” => “No”
