Rule engine two rows after a condition

Hello, I have a dataset and one of the columns is as follows:

  Screening
  Period1
  Period1
  Period1
  Period1
  Period1
  Period1
  Period1
  Period1
  FollowUp
  Screening
  Period1
  Period1

I want to modify this column, so I have another Screening always after two rows after the other one.
Something like:

| Phase     |
  Screening
  Period1
  Screening
  Period1
  Period1
  Period1
  Period1
  Period1
  Period1
  FollowUp
  Screening
  Period1
  Screening
2
