i am working with PCA algorithm can any one provide an example workflow for PCA.

Hi @PavanKumar574 -

You might take a look at this Dimensionality Reduction workflow from the KNIME Hub. It shows how the PCA Compute and PCA Apply nodes work together, and in particular how they can be applied across both test and training sets.

The PCA node is (if I remember right) an older implementation of the above, and basically does the same thing as the compute and apply nodes, just all at once. Play a bit with the workflows and see what you think.
