Hi,

is it possible to disable scheduling option for particular users on server.

Thank you for your question. It isn’t possible to set whether users can generally create schedules. However, there may be workarounds. Would you mind elaborating a bit on your use-case?

I see. In that case it may make sense to add existing users to a specific group and set all workflow permissions so that only that group is allowed to execute workflows on the server? I’m still not quite sure why new users shouldn’t create schedules, but I assume be allowed to run them on demand (or at least edit them?). In any case, I’m afraid we are limited to workarounds here.

We have made vast improvements to the permission system in the successor, KNIME Business Hub, so that may be the solution in the long run.
