SDF Insterter Error

Hi All,

I’m currently going through a KNIME Server upgrade and as such moving to KNIME AP 4.3.2 and checking all of our existing workflows.

I’ve comeup with an error for the SDF inserter node, while it still exists withing the Node Repository of the KNIME AP, when trying to run it it now return an error:

“ERROR SDF Inserter 0:313:371 Execute failed: No adapter for interface org.knime.chem.types.SdfValue”

Any idea what this error means and how to fix it?

Hi Mike,

1. Can you please share the executor log?
   The log file is located at /.metadata/knime/knime.log

2. Do you have an example workflow, with the failing node? If yes, can you share that as well?

Hi Mike,

Can you please try to use the Molecule Type Cast node to convert the column used by the SDF Inserter node in to SDF format as shown in the screenshot below?
