Basically what I want is to opinion mining on sentence based

I will garb the information of vaccine related to an illness through documents grabbing node and then parse it and then want to do sentence based opinion mining how I will do i for example if there is two sir three vaccine suggested by researchers and and with one they suggested that this bad vaccine and the other two are good I want this type of opinion mining
