Server not racheable

Our Server (larger) is on an Azure instances. It sporadically doesn’t let me logon. From the KAP it just says

From the webportal it times out.

I understood the underlying infra runs 24/7.

Any obvious things to try first?

Hey Ben,

A few questions:

  1. Is the server reachable at all (e.g. SSH) during these times? My first thought is it would be network related.
  2. Does this happen for all users during specific times or just you?
  3. How long do the outages last and how do you remedy them currently?
