My Sharepoint Online COnnector Node is giving me the error “Either scp or roles claim need to be present in the token” but I previously defined the scope in the Microsoft authenticator node.
Do I need to define a scope in the web url I am trying to reach> If so how do I do that?

in the Microsoft Authenticator node, are you using Authentication type = Client/Application secret (OAuth 2)?
If yes, then likely you have not granted any or the wrong permissions to the app you are using. The app needs to be granted “application permissions”, not “delegated permissions”.
