According to the documentation here KNIME Community Hub User Guide, the workflow page on KNIME community hub should show the space owner, and (when different from the space owner) the workflow developer.
At the moment, however, it seems only the space owner is shown, e.g. RESOLUTE_tool compounds – KNIME Community Hub shows the space owner, but not the developer (me in that case). On the search result window, it shows the developer, so this information should be available.
In general, it would be great if the “author” field from the KNIME workflow description could be shown on the page, as sometimes several people are contributing to a single workflow.
After making a small change to one of my workflows in the space owned by a colleague, it now also shows her to be the author in the search result, see ChemSpider Text Search here Search – KNIME Community Hub.
What I did: connected to KNIME Community Hub from KNIME 5.4 on Linux, opened my workflow saved in my colleagues space by double clicking on it, made a change to the description, saved it. I also had some issue before, trying to move the workflow, but actually copied it, deleted the one in my colleague’s space and moved the workflow again. Not sure if that had an influence.
We were aiming to collect all the workflows originating from the same working group in a single space, but with this behaviour hiding the original workflow authors and showing the colleague who did not work on this workflow instead, this is not very useful.
