The WF failed with message
ERROR Similarity Search 2:1:106:0:65 (ExecutionException): java.lang.IllegalThreadStateException: The current thread is not taken out of a thread pool

What could be done to fix it?

Sorry for the trouble. Do you see the same error with a smaller dataset, or if streaming is disabled?
