I am using replacements/transformations generated using the matched pair node. There are several potential problems with the transformations that stop the Combinatorial enumeration node. Its laborious to delete the problematic transformations and start loop again.
It would be great if the emumeration goes ahead regardless of problems like ERROR Combinatorial Reaction Enumeration (beta) Execute failed: Dearomatization groups: internal error: atom_aromatic_connectivity < 0 .
Just return a null or an error in the output. This skipping errors is particularly important when there are a large no of transformations. Same goes for Molecule transformation node.
