In my opinion just the tickets that have “Done” phase should be calculated for doing phase. Because:
- If the ticket is not “done”, then it’s in “review” and from “review” it can be “doing” again if it’s not accepted
- So calculating with the tickets that do not have “done” phase possibly distort (lower) the average, as the tickets will may be longer
- All in all we show better picture to the decision maker that we have and it can distort the decision based on our analysis
Thank you for your advice.
I have been using the team space as an environment for progressing our JKI learning, but I will go ahead and move the solutions to my personal space as suggested.

@zassou_syk Very nice, You can copy and create the workflows again after publishing them in your personal space.
The reason for asking to remove the solutions from the team space and add them again after publishing them on your own space is that if there is a solution in some space and a copy is published in another space, our validation workflow won’t take the copy into account and will ignore it. So, if you add the solutions to your team space after publishing in your own space, everything will be fine and your solution will be considered and still you can have them in your team space as well.
I hope I could explain it clearly.

Thank you for your advice a few weeks ago.
It’s been several weeks since I moved the workflow to the site below, but it doesn’t seem to be recognized on the Leader Board.
Is there something I might have done incorrectly?
