Your CSV Reader is pointed to a local data file on your machine so its not included in your workflow. In your workflow folder create a folder named “data”. Store your csv file there. Then configure the CSV Reader to point to the file like this:

Further to @rfeigel’s suggestion of where to locate your sample file, I have a ‘convenience’ component that can assist with accessing the workflow’s data folder.
It can be downloaded from the hub here:
Drop it on your workflow and configure it as follows
Then execute the component your workflow’s data folder will be opened in your Operating System’s file explorer.
